Kutxabank has closed its Calpe branch and relocated our account to Benidorm. Banks require two signatories for withdrawals which means making a trip to Benidorm each time and it is becoming increasingly impractical to go there to make transactions. So the committee decided to change banks to have a branch nearer to home.
The old Kutxabank account will remain open for the time being but will eventually be wound down and closed. From now on, members should make any incoming payments (membership subscriptions, payments for trips, etc.) into the new Sabadell account.
