A ONE OFF different venue for our monthy coffee meeting at Tucana. Carrer Blasco Ibanez (where Oasis was).
Jennifer, the owner invites us to enjoy a talk all about coffee and have a taste. She writes :

We are coffee roasters, we have our own electric coffee roaster on the premises, we roast 1.5 kilos in about 9 minutes. Its the first roaster of it kind in Spain, it is completely sustainable , zero emissions.
All our coffee is fresh, we also serve tapas , breakfast and cakes.
One of the things we care about is intolerance to food. I have celiac so I am very aware of food issues and cater for it.
The process of making coffee, buying the green coffee, the regions, the altitude, everything that goes into making a cup of nice coffee is an amazing chemical process.
