Serious business as we appoint Committee and Officers for next year. Report from the President and all Committee members on their endeavours during the year. Followed by information about 2025.

Agenda proceedings will begin at 10:30 , and voting will begin at 11:00. Please note that only fully paid-up members of U3A Calpe may attend this meeting and take part in voting. However, new members can join on the morning itself, and this will allow them to take part. There will be reports from committee members and then voting for the 2024-2025 committee.

7. Voting for New Committee 2024-2025

With the exception of Freda Croasdell, all the above committee members are standing for re-election. We have only received a single nomination for each of the committee posts. It is proposed that these ongoing committee members be elected en bloc.

We have not received any nominations for Vice President. It has been suggested that the new committee deal with this vacancy in due course.
