Annual General Meeting 2025

Meeting will start at 11am so please arrive in time to get a free coffee or tea before we begin. A complimentary glass of wine will be available at the end of the meeting.

Serious business as we appoint Committee and Officers for next year. Report from the President and all Committee members on their endeavours during the year. Followed by information about 2026.

Agenda proceedings will begin at 10:30 , and voting will begin at 11:00. Please note that only fully paid-up members of U3A Calpe may attend this meeting and take part in voting. However, new members can join on the morning itself, and this will allow them to take part. There will be reports from committee members and then voting for the 2025-2026 committee.
