The U3A Book Club meets once per month (except July and August) to discuss a book that is recommended by its members, and voted on by the group. We call ourselves “Reading Between the Lines” – an appropriate name for the deep diving we do into the book! Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 3pm, usually at the member’s house who recommended the book and is leading the discussion. Having a place to hold the meeting is NOT a requirement for membership. We do, however, have a top capacity of 12 people, and we currently have two openings. Most of our chosen books are fiction, but we read non-fiction books that offer substantial material for discussion.
